If you are 15 minutes or more has past your scheduled time, your appointment will automatically be cancelled

A $20 non refundable deposit is required for all appointments. For appointments under $20, please e-transfer full payment to attiavia@hotmail.com

In the case of a no show, deposits are non-refundable

If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment please reschedule or cancel 24 hours prior

In lieu of the current situation, please re-schedule your appointment if you are feeling ill

For all appointments loose fitting clothing is recommended
